What's new
Every agent demo on our site now comes with a face. A real presence on the other end of the conversation. Eyes that follow what you're saying, expressions that react in real time, the subtle cues of someone actually engaged with what you have to share.
The agents already know your product, your flows, and the way you want to talk to your customers. Now they have the face to match. Conversations feel like a video call with a real person who happens to know everything, not a chat with a black box.
Built with Runway
Runway is the AI research lab behind models that have shaped the entire generative video space. Their team built the avatar pipeline. Ours brought it into our real-time agentic demos.
Building avatars for real-time, two-way conversation is a hard problem. The avatar has to render in real time, stay in lock-step with the agent's voice, and reflect what it's actually doing without drifting or feeling off. Runway's engineering team worked alongside ours through every step of the build. We chose them because no one else is shipping avatars at this level of fidelity and responsiveness, and because they showed up as a partner the whole way through.
What this unlocks
The most obvious use case is the one prospects see first: a Supersonik demo that feels like a real conversation. The deeper unlock is everything we can layer on top.
Custom avatars for our customers, so a Supersonik agent embedded on a brand's site looks and feels like part of that brand. Multilingual avatars across all the languages our agents already speak.
