How Supersonik and HubSpot Brought Spring Spotlight to Life

Supersonik partnered with HubSpot to deliver a personalized demo experience at scale during the Spring Spotlight launch.

HubSpot's Spring Spotlight was a major moment. They had just released a wave of strategic features and smart AI products inside the platform, and they needed to enable customers on the updated features. The goal was to reach customers in a way that feels relevant to each of them, when every customer has a different role, workflow, and set of priorities.

Instead of a one-size-fits-all rollout, HubSpot leveraged Supersonik. We provided the technology behind it that delivers a personalized demo and converses with each customer, helping them identify the new features that have the greatest impact on their specific role, company, and way of working. We flew to Dublin and spent time directly with HubSpot's Conversational AI team, studying how they communicate, the language they use, the way they guide customers through change. Then we incorporated all of that into the agent so the experience felt like HubSpot. When a customer clicked through the Spotlight email, they did not land on a page. They landed in a conversation that already knew what mattered to them.

The Results

The campaign reached over 80,000 customers, and the engagement spoke for itself. The longest sessions exceeded one hour, with customers from industries ranging from healthcare to automotive to education exploring multiple features in depth. Many returned for additional sessions, each time with more specific goals and deeper questions, treating the experience as a learning tool rather than a one-time interaction.
