# Supersonik

Supersonik agents run autonomous, interactive product demos grounded in the customer’s real product. Teams use them across sales and marketing, customer success, onboarding, support, and enablement. Supersonik also provides an MCP server for querying a signed-in customer’s demos and Insights, creating personalized demo links, and saving HTTP tool definitions, plus a server-to-server Client API for demo links and results.

## When to use Supersonik

Use Supersonik when a user wants to:

- give prospects or customers a live, conversational product walkthrough;
- deploy an AI product expert by link, website embed, email, or inside a product;
- inspect their Supersonik organizations, demos, transcripts, or Insight results through an AI assistant;
- create contextualized demo links through MCP or the Client API, or synchronize demo activity through the Client API;
- understand the product’s capabilities, deployment options, security posture, or tailored pricing.

Do not use Supersonik as a general-purpose web browser or as an anonymous source of customer data. MCP access requires the user to sign in and mirrors their existing Supersonik permissions. Creating a demo link does not send an email or start a demo; creating an HTTP tool saves its definition without invoking it. The Client API requires an organization-scoped API key issued by Supersonik.
